A guided tour through the heart of the new “startup nation”
The second ESIL Study Visit will take place in Paris on 27-28 March 2019
Paris, one of the most inspiring cities in the world and the new tech- and start-up hotspot of Europe, will be the second stop of the ESIL Study Visits tour. Scheduled for the 27 and 28 of March, this is a unique opportunity to get to know the French investment market in-depth, to meet aspiring French entrepreneurs, and to network with local and foreign investors.
Participants will be able to benefit from 20+ years’ worth of expertise of the ESIL local leader, France Angels. The French federation of Business Angels comprises 75 networks in the country with more than 5.000 individual investors.
The #ESILangel for France and chairman of France Angels, Tanguy De La Fouchardière, is hosting this two-day event. He is pleased with the growth of Business Angels in France: “When France Angels was started in the year 2000, nobody in France knew what a Business Angel was. Today everybody uses the term ‘Business Angel’ referring to a good business investing in startups, investing in the future. Our position will make France a startup nation”.
The programme will allow participants to attend another major international event: the France Angels Spring university, which gathers angel investors form all around France.
