CyRIC introduces ESIL in Cyprus

CyRIC, the Cyprus Business Innovation Center, will introduce the Early Stage Investing Launchpad (ESIL) in their country by organising a kick-off event on 4th October 2018. It will be a closed event for stakeholders from the local ecosystem and government officials, with the assistance of the ESIL trainer Francesca Natali, fund manager of META Ventures in Italy. She will prepare a workshop on Angel Investing and Financial instrument for Business Angels.

ā€œCyRIC is proud to have an active role in this pan-European effort. Of course as a vital element of the local ecosystem we are facilitating a series of events in Cyprus, workshops and presentations along with esteemed guests and other stakeholders of the ecosystem for the next two years,ā€ according to the organization.

ESIL will establish an EU Framework for capacity building for early-stage investors in Europe, facilitating the take up of Angel Investing, overcoming obstacles related to market outreach and engaging key actors e.g. entrepreneurs, unconventional early stage investors and crowdfunding.
