He’s worked with technology companies to set up and run operations, grown and managed teams, and stayed close to the local IT community, while developing products and services. Man has worked with marketing clients and in academia, as a lecturer in at the West University of Timisoara and has invested in start-ups himself.

Growceanu Angel Investment was created in order to provide pre-seed and seed investors with a system for sharing experience, learning and investing together. Its founders have been active in the technology sector as entrepreneurs, researchers or startup ecosystem builders since as early as 1999. They are deeply connected with all major regional and national entrepreneurial support structures and are themselves investors and mentors in various startups.
